Interface and Content Management
The Content section serves as the main operating interface, displaying information cards integrated via API. These cards contain dynamic data such as airline logos, flight numbers, destinations, and schedules (scheduled and actual). To simplify the operator's workflow, the software offers search tools and advanced filters to refine views by customer (airline), flight status (e.g., Confirmed, Delayed, Boarding Started), or time remaining until takeoff.
Operation Flow and Audio Triggering
Airport sound broadcasting follows an intuitive workflow: the operator identifies the desired flight, clicks the card to open details, and selects the "Choose Phrase" button. The system then expands pre-registered message options tailored to the current flight status, allowing the user to preview translations and press the play button to send audio to the sound system. To avoid noise pollution, the software enforces activation limits per status, tracking how many times each announcement has played.

Authentication and Operational Routing
The process begins with browser-based access to the portal, where the user enters credentials and, if holding an operator profile, selects the boarding gate to view relevant information.

Content Identification and Filtering
On the main screen, the operator locates the target flight using the search field or filters for Airline, status, and time remaining until takeoff.

Flight Detail Verification
Upon clicking a content card, the system opens a detailed window displaying scheduled and actual times, along with the current operational status of the selected flight.

Announcement Phrase Selection
The operator clicks the "Choose Phrase" button, expanding options for pre-registered messages optimized specifically for the current flight status.

Multilingual Review
Before triggering, operators can click "View all phrases" to review message versions in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, ensuring clear international communication.
